Exterior Power Washing
 MTP offers power washing of driveways, sidewalks, siding, brick, pavers, decking, fencing and more! A building's exterior surfaces are always exposed to harm. Some of these are natural, while others are artificial. They include; dirt, dust, UV rays, pollution, rain, tree sap, mold, birds and mildew. Over a period of time these factors can cause oxidation, degradation, discoloration and chalking. If cleaning your exterior surfaces isn’t performed, it can diminish the value of your property by destroying the exterior, which can be costly to repair or replace.
Gutter and Downspout Cleaning
 A dirty gutter is worse than not having gutters at all because it can act as a dam allowing water to back up causing roof leaks, rotten rafters and sheathing. Airborne dirt, runoff from the roof and deteriorating organic material (leaves, twigs, etc.) turn the inside of a gutter into a mulch pit. This material must be removed in order for the gutters to function properly. Debris and dirt are removed and bagged, then the gutters are washed down and downspouts are checked for clogs. After rinsing of gutters and downspouts, the entire water diversion system is inspected for proper pitch, anchoring, diversion and general functionality.
